General information
Orders placed through our Express service are binding. Due to an insurmountable obstacle, a 4h Express order can be cancelled by phone within one hour of the order. In other cases, we will charge the price of the transport.

Fees
The invoice is sent primarily to the subscriber’s e-mail address. The payment term for our invoices is 21 days.

Packaging
Please take care to pack fragile products carefully yourself.

Receiving a parcel
Even if our driver calls the recipient en route (unless otherwise stated), please ensure that the parcel is received by a person. Our drivers are always on time, in line with our service promise, and waiting for a destination can increase the risk of delaying your next delivery.
